Erasmus+
Erasmus + Study Mobility is carried out within the framework of the Erasmus University Charter and the bilateral agreements of the higher education institution to make an exchange. The activity is that the student registered in the higher education institution performs part of his/her education in the higher education institution abroad, which is partnered with a bilateral agreement. The duration of the activity can be 3 to 12 months (1, 2, or 3 semesters according to some countries' systems), which can be completed in the same academic year. The financial support provided is not intended to cover all expenses of the students, only to assist with additional costs arising from mobility.
Selection of Students
The determination of students for study mobility is a three-stage process consisting of announcements, application and evaluation, and student selection. Students who were selected in the previous year and could not be sent due to insufficient grants or other reasons cannot be transferred to the next year as "vested right" and cannot be sent directly. Students who will participate in the program are re-evaluated and selected for each contract term, meeting all the conditions required for selection.
Student Exchange Announcements
All Erasmus study mobility agreements can be accessed on the higher education institution's website; It is announced on the relevant faculty notice boards and an application call is made for these agreements within the quota. Students are informed about the study mobility and the application process both on the website and on the notice boards. Department Erasmus+ coordinators are Assoc. Prof. Dr. Alper BÜYÜKKARAGÖZ, Res. Asst. Dr. Murat PINARLIK and Res. Asst. Dr. Anıl ÖZDEMİR.
Students cannot be selected to participate in the study mobility activity without a partner higher education institution to which the student will be sent.

Farabi
The students and faculty members exchange program among higher education institutions, which is briefly called the "Farabi Exchange Program", is a student and faculty member exchange program for higher education institutions that provide education at undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels within universities and high technology institutes. The Farabi Exchange Program aims to enable students or faculty members to continue their education and training activities in a higher education institution outside their own institutions for one or two semesters. The principles regarding the implementation of the Farabi Exchange Program have been determined in detail by the Regulation, Principles, and Procedures.
Students studying in the preparatory school and the first year of undergraduate programs cannot benefit from the Farabi Exchange Program. Graduate and doctorate students cannot benefit from this program during the preparatory and scientific preparation periods and the first semester they start their main education.
Student Exchange Announcements:
Higher education institutions announce their Farabi Exchange Program Protocols on their web pages and call for applications within the quota determined by these protocols. Higher education institutions announce an application notice for each semester. The first announcement is made before 15 March and the second before 15 October. The next semester's exchange procedures are completed before the end of the semester in which the announcement is published. Farabi Coordinators of the Department are Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gökhan DURMUŞ and Asst Prof. Dr. Ahmet GÖKDEMİR. Without a common higher education institution to which the student will be sent, students cannot be selected to participate in the exchange activity. The universities which our university has bilateral agreements with are listed in the table below.
